Brugan is an independent brewery that takes pride in having beer brewed from best ingredients, including locally-produced hops sourced from real people. We love beer and love to share it with you because what is most important is the enjoyment of life together with plenty of love and laughter.
Here at Brugan we have been reaching out to all of our farmers in the surrounds to ensure that our patrons are getting the freshest ingredients. From menu staples including meat and cheese wee have also started stocking locally grown lettuce and vegetables. We even send our food scraps to our local man with pigs ensuring nothing goes to waste.
